The action that makes Apps and Accessories run at a Site.
The action that instantiates one or more Apps (plus potentially one or more Accessories) so they can run as instances at a Site. The association between an App (plus potentially one or more Accessories) and the Site is by way of an AppConfiguration.
Deployment requires that the code for all needed Apps and Accessories was installed on the Device first.
